Pregnancy and post-natal yoga and Pilates (in Epsom and Ewell)

I loved your pregnancy yoga classes. They were a breath of fresh air from other yoga I’ve tried in the past!
— Hermione, student

I teach pregnancy yoga and parent and baby Pilates and yoga in-person in Epsom and Ewell, focusing on creating a supportive, inclusive, empowering and community-driven environment.

My pregnancy yoga is about you feeling comfortable and confident in moving your body during pregnancy, untwisting any urban legends you may have heard, having fun and helping you keep active. We blend the class with Yoga for everyone, so it’s a really friendly, welcoming space.

Post-natally, I want to help you reconnect with your body, build strength and recover from giving birth! I also want to help you meet other people doing the same thing, and have a bit of time focused on you.

Yoga is a holistic way of being, and the physical practice is great for stretching, flexibility, focus and strength, while it’s also fantastic for looking after your mental health. Meanwhile, Pilates is an exercise class, particularly on building strength through small, focused, subtle movements.

You can also join me online or in person for 1:1s by arrangement. I have had students from areas including Sutton, Chessington, Carshalton, Surbiton, Morden, Banstead, Nork, Leatherhead and Ashtead, so please do feel free to come if you live a little further away.

You do not have to have physically given birth to come, and this class is open to all and any gender - those who’ve participated in surrogacy or who’ve adopted are extremely welcome. Bring your baby (if you want!), and stay for a cuppa and a chat afterwards.

PREGNANCY YOGA CLASSES

Thursdays, 7:30-8:30pm @ Webber Hall, All Saints Church

£9 drop-in | £34 block of four | £60 block of eight

Friendly, fun and inclusive pre-natal class focused on reconnecting you with your body during pregnancy.

We run every week bar two weeks at Christmas, and you’re welcome at any stage of pregnancy and if you’d like to continue your practice after leaving post-natal yoga to go back to work (or instead of it).

In these classes, we focus on myth-busting, building confidence and keeping the body moving to help prepare for giving birth. We’ll bring in elements of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath practices), yoga nidra (guided relaxation) and play around with styles.

These classes are co-taught with Yoga for everyone, making them accessible to every body, and also meaning you can bring your partner!
